Each Jiyori piece is printed and prepared by hand, so please allow 1–2 business days for us to get your order ready with care.
We ship nationwide across Egypt through Bosta. Once your lamp is on its way, we'll send you a tracking link — delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Returns & Refunds
Each Rinka is 3D-printed on demand, just for you — so we handle returns a little differently than mass-produced shops.
Damaged in transit
If your lamp arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge.
Change of mind
Because every lamp is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. Please review the photos, dimensions, and details carefully before ordering.
Faulty item
If something's wrong with your lamp (electrical issue, print defect, missing parts), reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — repair, replace, or refund.
