Each Jiyori piece is printed and prepared by hand, so please allow 1–2 business days for us to get your order ready with care.
We ship nationwide across Egypt through Bosta. Once your lamp is on its way, we'll send you a tracking link — delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Returns & Refunds
Each Piece is 3D-printed on demand, just for you — so we handle returns a little differently than mass-produced shops.
Damaged in transit
If your lamp arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge. We kindly ask you to inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
Change of mind
Under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition. However, please note that any custom-made or personalized lamps (manufactured specifically to your requested specifications) are non-refundable for change of mind.
Faulty item & 3D Printing Characteristics
If there is a functional or electrical defect with your lamp, you are covered for 30 days from the date of delivery. Reach out to us, and we will make it right through repair, replacement, or refund.
Please Note: Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor layer lines, slight texture variations, and small imperfections are normal and are not considered defects. Additionally, please keep the lamps away from direct, extreme heat sources to prevent material warping.
